OUR BREEDING PROGRAM HAS BEGUN......

The bloodlines and genetics of our planned matings have been researched, studied & planned to produce top quality Bulldog puppies that are a credit to the Bulldog Standard where health, conformation & temperament is vital to this awesome breed.
 

Calida Bulldogs use a mating cradle in all our matings.

The cradle is adjustable for any size bitch, allowing her comfort for a stress free mating.

We believe if the bitch feels calm & secure, then the stud dog can perform at ease, ensuring each mating is a successful one.

The cradle can also be used for cutting the Bulldogs nails, and getting him/her into a show position ready for the show ring.

As you can see from the pictures above both Foxy Sox (Shai) and Ocobo Lady Rebel (Jessie) are in the cradle showing no signs of any distress as I cut their nails. The cradle is very comfortable with its sheep skin padding.

 I have shown Foxy Sox in the cradle but not strapped in for you to see that she is at total ease.

Just a few minutes a day will allow your dog to grow confidence with your help. The end result… A proud owner watching their dog stand like an ornament

A swabbing service is available upon request.

By swabbing the bitch and checking the result under a microscope, will allow us to verify to whether the bitch is ready for mating.
 

PRE-MATING OVULATION BLOOD TESTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE

This blood test allows us to check for an imminent result, upon which means the bitch can be mated.
